| Sumario: | The design of adequate and effective manual work procedures allows moving between the organizational science of work and the art of doing things correctly. That is why the research has as its objective: to design a manual procedure in a literal and graphic way for the management of accounts receivable in the Construction and Assembly company of Pinar del Río, Cuba, constituting a basic factor for the organization of the entity. , using for this the dialectical materialist method. Obtaining as a result the level of efficiency in the use of information for the measurement of the dynamics of the organization, in obtaining results for the economic verification and the analysis of all the information on a daily basis related to the flow of information and knowledge. |
