| Sumario: | This paper analyses and conceptualizes the accumulation model of Cambiemos. Based on a detailed study of the main public policies implemented during the 2015-2019 period, it concludes that Macri´s government carried out, in stages, a weighted and gradually oscillating advance of neoliberal economic policies. In the first stage, it emphasized commercial and financial deregulation and aperture measures. In the second stage, it prioritized fiscal adjustment and intensified constraint monetary policy. However, in both cases the macrism advanced with ambivalences and different gradual intensities. From the laclauian theory of hegemony, it affirms that the different speeds and degrees of depth of this tempered neoliberalism were discursively conditioned by sedimented traditions, economic, institutional and geopolitical restrictions and the correlation of social forces. |
