Sumario:In this article, we share some key coordinates about the management’s process of the Communitary Communication Area, Faculty of Educational Sciences at the National University of Entre Ríos, an academic space created in 2004 with the objective of driving the communitary communication’s development. The special feature of our experience lies in having tried to materialize a management’s understanding framed in the community communication’s perspective that characterizes our practices in territory. The article presents how in management we stake: a) the listening and the dialogue as planning’s centers to demand’s construction; b) the praxis as the main place of knowledge’s production (and learning); c) the participation and group consensus as the main methodology to take decisions; and d) the theoretic and technical versatility as resources to move in social turbulence.
