Sumario:The object of investigation of this work has been the poverty condition of the homes in Argentina and its North-East region. During this study, the objective was to determine -in a dynamic way- which the influential factors to emerge from poverty in Argentina and NEA are, focusing on the period between April 2016 and June 2019. A longitudinal database was created for this research; from this database and using first differences regressions, it was possible to generate an explanatory model of the gradual changes in the condition of poverty of the individuals from Argen-tina and the NEA region. This database is quantitative, exploratory, based on secondary sources, pure and longitudinal. It is mainly based on the use of mathematical models for the analysis carried out, its innovation, the use of the Encuesta Permanente de Hogares (Permanent Household Survey) as the main source of data, the lack of an immediate practical application and the definition of time periods included in the analysis. From this research, it was concluded that there are specific factors whichaffect the possibility to emerge from poverty in the country, such as labor inclusion and access to external monetary aid. On the other hand, the state of labor informality can be considered a relevant factor in the country as a whole, but not in the NEA region. Finally, it was concluded that different periods of time, with their economic conditions, also affect the probabilities that a person has to emerge from poverty.
