Sumario: | Over the past few decades, a few policies and development projects have been implemented in the Chaqueña region implemented by national agencies and financed by international credit agencies seeking, according to their own objectives, to increase productivity, competitiveness and regional marketing. In the town of Pampa del Indio, Chaco province, one of the policies implemented was that of the Desarrollo Norte Grande 7991AR project, which brought about a heterogeneity of actors including the World Bank, the Planning Ministry of the Nation, foundations, indigenous peoples, among others. Therefore, this article aims to analyze certain practices and actions implemented by the actors that converge in the implementation of this sustainable development project. This work is part of the research carried out during the doctoral and postdoctoral training in the area during the years 2011-2019, so throughout the pages we will resume fragments of interviews conducted in the field work, in addition to analyzing documents and theoretical materials related to the problem presented here. |
