Specifically, our focus is on the process of conflict resolution through the legal system in the realm of labor, situated in an extraprovincial context and within the backdrop of two significant transformations. Firstly, at the national level, we explore the establishment of the labor court system. Secondly, in the local context, we delve into the provincialization of the national territory and the subsequent reconfiguration of the judiciary. The primary objective is to discern the production conditions and the application of rights-based discourse in the legal proceedings initiated by the calden forest workers. El artículo examina la relación que establecieron los trabajadores rurales del territorio nacional de La Pampa con las políticas de ampliación de derechos laborales del peronismo. Específicamente, nos enfocamos en la judicialización de los conflictos en el mundo laboral en un espacio extraprovincial y en el marco de dos grandes transformaciones; por un lado y a nivel nacional, la creación del fuero laboral. Por otro lado, en el contexto local, la provincialización del territorio nacional y la reorganización de la judicatura. El objetivo es reconocer las condiciones de producción y el uso del lenguaje de derechos en las causas judiciales iniciadas por los trabajadores del monte de caldén.
