Sumario:The article examines the relationship established by rural workers in the national territory of La Pampa with the labor rights expansion policies of Peronism. Specifically, our focus is on the process of conflict resolution through the legal system in the realm of labor, situated in an extraprovincial context and within the backdrop of two significant transformations. Firstly, at the national level, we explore the establishment of the labor court system. Secondly, in the local context, we delve into the provincialization of the national territory and the subsequent reconfiguration of the judiciary. The primary objective is to discern the production conditions and the application of rights-based discourse in the legal proceedings initiated by the calden forest workers.
