Through in-depth interviews, it shows how the distinct dimensions of platform work affect workers, but also the way that these same workers resist those enterprise impositions, and, as a last resort, how are those disputes between the discourses that underlie platforms and the own worker’s biographic dimension, based on their work experiences. En este artículo se desarrolla una aproximación a las experiencias laborales de los repartidores a través de plataformas. Poniendo el foco en las particulares lógicas y mecanismos de organización del trabajo que introduce el empleo de plataformas, buscamos analizar qué sentidos se articulan en las experiencias de trabajo de los repartidores a través de plataformas en un partido del conurbano bonaerense. A partir de entrevistas en profundidad, se da cuenta de cómo influyen las dimensiones distintivas del trabajo de plataformas en los trabajadores, pero también de la forma en que estos resisten aquellas imposiciones empresariales, y, en última instancia, cómo son esas disputas entre los discursos que subyacen a las plataformas y la propia dimensión biográfica o subjetiva de los trabajadores, en el marco de sus experiencias de trabajo.
