En este trabajo se analizan, desde la perspectiva de una promoción de alumnos de Profesorado en EGB 1 y 2, en su último año de la carrera, los valores que consideran prioritarios para su formación profesional. La selección se aproxima a los valores reconocidos como universales, expresados en los derechos humanos. Se concluye que la formación del docente en valores, tiene que ser una dimensión integrada intencionalmente a la formación profesional por los formadores con la participación activa de los propios involucrados.
