Sumario:In this framework, we have identified a growing interest in the use of historical documents in digital format as part of history teaching practices. Likewise, we observe the progress of a process of digitization of physical archives or the creation of new archives of digital materials, which in this last time has deepened due to the context of the pandemic. For this reason and based on the assumption that the use of historical sources is a “sign of identity” of history as a school discipline, we wonder about the dialogues between digital historical archives and the teaching of the discipline. In this paper we will present the first advances of the research “Pedagogical proposals of museums and virtual archives in the Teaching of History” (UBACyT, FFyL, UBA). We will share, then, the criteria that we use for the construction of the appreciation model and the analysis of the first ten virtual historical archives that we use for the definition of the corpus of our research.
