The analysis of these relationships emerged from the empirical work we carried out in our research. There we warned that during the government of Mauricio Macri, the president of the Foundation Cimientos -one of the foundations with which the the National Ministry of Education signed an agreement- was Miguel Blaquier, lawyer and nephew of Carlos Blaquier, owner of Ingenio Ledesma, a company that has proven participation in the civil-military-ecclesiastical dictatorship. The orientations and actions of the educational policy of Macri´s government were organically linked to the needs that companies, directly or through their foundations and NGOs, demand from the public educational system, and the case of Cimientos reveals the historical plot of privatization of the public and the communication links of a government that inscribed its administration in continuity with the neoliberal policy established through State terrorism. En este artículo nos proponemos describir y analizar la relación entre el terrorismo de Estado, particularmente del rol de las empresas en el desarrollo de políticas dirigidas a la mercantilización y privatización de la educación a través de la Responsabilidad Social Empresaria y como una de las estrategias de la ofensiva de la derecha en la educación. El análisis de estas relaciones emergió del trabajo empírico que nos encontramos realizando en nuestras investigaciones. Allí advertimos que durante el gobierno de Mauricio Macri, el presidente de la Fundación Cimientos -una de las fundaciones con las cuales el Ministerio de Educación de la Nación firmó un convenio- fue Miguel Blaquier, abogado y sobrino de Carlos Blaquier, dueño del Ingenio Ledesma, empresa que tiene participación probada en la dictadura cívico-militar-eclesiástica. Las orientaciones y acciones de la política educativa del gobierno de Macri se vincularon orgánicamente con las necesidades que las empresas, de modo directo o a través de sus fundaciones y ONGs, le demandan al sistema educativo público, y el caso de Cimientos pone al descubierto la trama histórica de privatización de lo público y los lazos comunicantes de un gobierno que inscribió su gestión en continuidad con la política neoliberal instaurada a través del terrorismo de Estado.
