Sumario:Research in teaching of history has been increased in recent years with a great diversity of contributions. These contributions have been conducted by researchers from fields very different. The investigation that we presented tries to respond to the need for a model of research, in this case, we cater to one of the fields of the teaching of history and social sciences. It is the initial training of teachers to the teaching of history. We focus on learning for the teaching of the recent history/this (HRP). Propose from the construction of theoretical models, conceptual, made by the teaching of history, as a product of our discipline, essential for a coherent education. Use the concept of social representations, because we feel very suitable to our needs and to the object of the investigation. Look, thus, social representations of the stu-dents in relation to their lessons and experiences around the HRP. Use also in this travel stories of life to observe as apply these representations to this type of historical narratives.
