Sumario:This article tries to summarize some changes proposed in the Argentine Educative Policy from the sanction of the Ley de Educación Nacional 26206(Law of National Education). Meanwhile, the General Law is interested in analyzing, on the one hand, the possibilities of constructing state policies on educative matters from the participative work of the provinces in the Consejo Federal de Educación (CFE).Therefore, relevant actions are briefly analyzed, such actions were developed in the past and some others are promoted with that aim.On the other hand, the secondary school of the Educative System is considered as the most troubled to be changed from this traditional format. It is important to consider some controlling ideas that in the same Law and in documents passed by the CFE intend to modify principles, ends and values that today should influence the teacher‘s work and the administration of the secondary schools.
