| Sumario: | The interpretation of the revolutionary process has resulted in some cases impoverished by a version of events and excessively parochial, without contextual references to the Latin American Assembly. And it is in this sense that the bicentennial of the Declaration of independence which is fulfilled in the current 2016 allows us to enter fully into a problem that particularly nowadays, where Latin American countries seem to refer to a regrettable setback in the forms of integration achieved, it becomes especially significant. In this article it becomes more complex and contextualizes the analysis and interpretation of independence process so as to make it possible to explain and understand the independentist question or affair in its complete magnitude |
