Geohistory is also the alternative to overcome the disciplinary division between history and geography, which leads us to the question: is there a clear idea of what geohistorical social science teaching is and how it can be developed? The objective that emerges from this question is to reflect on the concept of Geohistory and its importance for the teaching of social sciences. La Geohistória, un enfoque interdisciplinario que nos permite desarrollar una enseñanza de la ciencias sociales que promueva la relaciones temporo-espaciales. la comprensión de los problemas sociales y el desarrollo de una ciudadanía crítica y democrática.La geohistoria es, también, la alternativa para superar la parcelación disciplinar entre la historia y la geografía, esto nos conduce a la pregunta ¿existe una idea clara de la qué es y cómo se puede desarrollar una enseñanza geohistórica de las ciencias sociales? El objetivo que se desprende de esta pregunta consiste en: reflexionar sobre el concepto de Geohistória y su importancia para la enseñanza de las Ciencias Sociales.
