Sumario:The work describes the methodology and analyzes the results obtained in the "2nd Survey on Rules and Authors in Public Administration" that was carried out by the Argentine Association of Public Administration Studies (AAEAP) and the Center for Research in Public Administration (CIAP / FCE / UBA). This survey questions experts about the works of national authors -published since 2000- and the rules -enacted since 1983- which, according to the opinion of the respondent, "had a greater formative and performative impact". The data collected allows validating the results of the first survey, while providing relevant information about the elements and perspectives that, according to the members of the state universe, are central in the configuration of the Argentine Public Administration.
