| Sumario: | This work deals with workplace violence due to pregnancy suffered by some workers in the public sector of the province of Corrientes. The objective of this research is to analyze the situation of the state workers of said province during and after pregnancy as a generating or aggravating circumstance of discrimination and workplace violence and to identify and analyze the tensions, problems and consequences in the maternity and work relationship. To achieve this goal, during the month of August and September of 2018 interviews were conducted with women who were mothers while they were working in the public sector of the province of Corrientes, to realize that although maternal mobbing is less frequent than The workers suffer it is present in certain state agencies and causes serious consequences for both the mother and the fetus. |
