Sumario:This work was carried out under the qualitative paradigm, under an interpretative-comprehensive nature, which proposed to know the labor discourse of psychopedagogues of a School Integration Program (PIE) in a Municipal school in the city of Punta Arena. This arose from ignorance of a proper speech of the professionals in the school, which led to a descriptive speech of these psychopedagogues. The analysis obtained relevant findings that, as professionals, recognized their abilities to perform functions in different areas, but expressed a fear of venturing into new work spaces, since they considered specialization as the only way to work in another context other than the school. These findings led to the descriptive discourse of Psychopedagogues within the school environment being contextualized and prompted reflection on their work in the P.I.E.
