Sumario:The members of the artistic field have historically maintained a resistance to consider themselves workers. However, currently in the world of independent theater in Córdoba, the theater players aspire to be artistic workers, immersed in a complex dynamic crossed by the tension between social recognition and that of their peers. An understanding of the role of the theatrical direction will be tackled taking into account the tension generated by the immateriality product of his work and the definition of an artistic attitude of rupture with the demand. The value of the food works linked to the artistic field will be considered, imagining the mutual connection between the production of art work and these jobs, which correspond to those of greater ambition.
