| Sumario: | This paper presents some results of the research project "Visibility policies and youth agendas in Viedma" that is developed in the CURZA, National University of Comahue, which seeks to know the place of the youth issue in the agenda of the main newspapers of the city of Viedma, and analyze the news frames used by these means to configure the juvenile subject and its problems. It starts from the theoretical-methodological guidelines proposed in the theory of the Agenda Setting and the Theory of the Framework. The Theory of the Agenda Setting focuses its attention on the process of formation of the public, political and media agendas. The theory of Framing, considers that the media through the presentation of news, construct meanings of reality that affect the audience. Here we analyze the journalistic coverage of events involving young people in two graphic media, Noticias de la Costa and Río Negro, and the temporary cut was between the months of May, June and July 2016. This work explores the presence of the frame "Attribution of responsibilities" in the news about "Violence", "Education" and "Health". |
