| Sumario: | The existing violence in contemporary societies overflows the NationStates' borders given that the mercantilistic, dominance power andsubjection interests remain over the civic-political concerns. Thecohesive elements have been destroyed, those which are located in theintra and inter cultural values, and with this the possibilities for theexistance of peaceful coexistance have been cancelled. Thus, the injustice of the interests has prevailed, those which overflow the walls of national territories. The text searches for a glimpse of possibilities to attain peace, concord and justice in the framework of human rights and transnational justice, from such values as solidarity and hospitality, visualised as ethical commitments. |
