Sumario:This article proposes to recover the voices of children who lived in rural periurban areas at XX century, near to Buenos Aires. We analyze the situation of those who lived in the colony "La Capilla"(Florencio Varela, Great Buenos Aires), a colony founded in 1951 during the historical Peronism. We are interested in the issues that appear with recurrence, and the aspects of early life crystallized in the stories. Furthermore, we study the metaphorical uses, because this aspect can reveal impressions, family mandates and living conditions. For this study, we use a group of men and women who lived in the colony between 5 and 13 years, in the middle stage of consolidation and development of the colonization project, between 1952 and 1960.
