Sumario:The first finding of Asplenium harpeodes in Argentina is disclosed. This species was found growing in Jujuy and Salta provinces, inhabiting the Yungas. A description and an illustration are given, and information about its distribution and the habitat is provided. A key to differentiate this species from nearby ones with pinnate lamina is also presented.
