Sumario:Clusia minor fruits were investigated and three polyprenylated benzophenones were isolated using several chromatographic techniques. All the structures assigned (propolone D, hyperibone B and garcinielliptone I), including relative configuration, were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. These three benzophenones are reported for the first time in Clusia genus.
