| Sumario: | The author describes bronchoalveolar hyperpressure syndrome an ensemble of symptoms and signs which have the same anatomical or functional perturbation state as expiration and they convey to insufflation of alveolar region.
Several authors have related isolated states which belong to stages of this syndrome; they are fragments, which have not been correlated with the fundamental cause, that is bronchial hyperpressure and its physiopathological consequence: alveolar insufflation.
We divide this syndrome evolution in 3 stages and preconize its consideration as characterisitc square:
A lobule that in expiration remains clearer than the rest of th# lung (on account of the starting air difficulty), chronic alveolar insufflation (lobular or unilateral) blistered or pseudocystic localized emphysema (with the rest of normal lung) may become different stages of a same causal process by endobronchial expiratory hyperpressure.
It is experimental and clinically proved the influence of endobronchial expiratory hyperpressure in the origin of localized or partial emphysemas. |
