Sumario:The Q & U Bolometric Interferometer for Cosmology (QUBIC) is an experiment to measure the primordial B modes polarization of the cosmic microwave background (CMB), that will be installed in Alto Chorrillos, province of Salta, Argentina. The detection of the primordial B modes has not been achieved yet, not only because it is an extremely faint signal, but also because of contamination by foregrounds that emit at the same frequencies, most noticeably the galactic thermal dust emission. In this work, we summarize the current status of the QUBIC experiment.
