Sumario:After reviewing the relations which exist .between the complexity of the injurious agent and the analogous complexity of the response of the organism, with which the latter reacts to the stimulus, the author insists in the advantage of reserwing the name of inflammation for the process resulting from the action of pathological germs, on their products on the tissues of the organism, and most especially on the vascular connective tissue.
