Sumario:Right ascension and declination for 240 radio-stars south of δ = +40° are presented. They were observed during 1989 and January '90 with the Repsold meridian circle installed at the "Félix Aguilar Observatory" in San Juan. The observations are differential with respect to FK5, and the coordinates are given for equinox J2000.0 and mean epoch of observations. For an equatorial star, the quadratic mean error of one observation of the catalogue resulted, in average, Sα = 0.022ˢ and Sδ = 0.42".
