| Sumario: | I read the paper of Dr. Jacob and coworkers with great interest, and I sincerely congratulate them for their intelligent approach. They offer the surgical community and our patients a novel option that may well be used in the near future. I realize that the aim of this newer endoscopically assisted approach is to minimize risks and invasiveness, but I am a little concerned because despite the theoretical benefits, there is an extra suture line placed intraabdominally. I want to know the author’s opinion on this matter. |
