Spectroscopic study of RU Eridani

The eclipsing binary RU Eri (P=0.63 d; V=9.35 m) was observed spectroscopically from CTIO with a dispersion of 43 Å/mm in the blue and 86 Å/mm in Hα. We analyzed the radial velocity plots and we derived the orbital elements for the primary component. A model for the system is proposed.
