| Sumario: | Many organizations have outsourced the construction / maintenance of systems, using metrics size (Function Point Analysis - FPA). One of the problems of this scenario is changing requirements during the construction of the software product. This change can affect artifacts and codes already built impacting the size, time and cost estimates. The objective of this study is to propose a model for management of scope change in hiring service system development. The method adopted was the case study and two proposals were applied in 10 simulations using industry projects. The research sugested changes in the process of change in scope, considering the need to manage requirements, changes and outsourced. |
