| Sumario: | Results obtained in previous investigations point to the emergence from the early years of the 2000 expriences that are named as public media and even when they are part of national policies , are reissued nuances throught the region.The findings allow to formulate a more long-term problem linked to the reconfiguration of public media ecosystem in the countries of the region which takes place from early 2000 from the design of policies inspired by defense of the right to communication. Is this line we can formulate some questions about identity, structure and content of public audiovisual systems as well as emerging social actors are called for forming comparatively analyzing the cases of Argentina and Brazil. |
