Special emphasis is given to the implications of these variables on the Latin American States. Finally, the article marks the most salient components of the ideal profile of the Newly Emergent State. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las tendencias de las transformaciones del Estado, la gobernabilidad y la gobernanza durante la emergencia del neocolonialismo del Estado imperial, los movimientos de resistencia y la acción colectiva que derivan en la crisis del modelo de desarrollo. Especial énfasis se hace en las implicaciones que estas variables tienen en los Estados latinoamericanos.
