| Sumario: | This academic work refers to the epistemological discussion involving the fields of communication and culture. For this goal, efforts were met to discuss theoretical elements that can constitute a contribution to a research involving these two fields. With this goal, we choose to use as a bond with the concrete reality a social phenomenon that permeates contemporary social relations and encourages the pursuit of knowledge, the violence and it´s different forms that did not disappeared even in the face of accelerated contemporary media excess and new technologies. |
