Conselho Municipal de Cultura como instrumento de democratização cultural
The construction of cultural public policies is analysed based on concepts from Marilena Chauí, Alexandre Barbalho and Teixeira Coelho. The focus of this analysis are the Municipal Councils of Culture as tools that enlarge and ensure the cultural democratization.
