Sumario:On the 30th March 2011, I came across through the media: internet, radio, TV, magazines, the act of speech of Mr. Jair Bolsanaro “Preta, I´m not going to discuss promiscuity with anyone. I don`t run that risk and my children were very well educated. And I didn´t live in an environment as is unfortunately yours”, used by deputy to contest the following question made by singer Preta Gil. “What would be his reaction if his son fell in love with a black woman? is context lead us through a theoretical embasament by Guimarães (2004), Freyre (2006), Ramos (2002), Munanga (2004), discuss, at first, the myth of racial democracy, media and racism in Brazil, stereotype of black women in brazilian society and cultural identity of African-brazilian, by a historical and anthropological bias in order to analyze, through the principles of french discourse analysis, the speech of the deputy and his development in the brazilian scene.
