Sumario:Culture and art are tools mobilized by social movements to frame collective action. The movements use and recombine the different elements of the cultural stock, part of the popular culture as well as the media culture, and also create new elements. Through a process of mediation movements also influence the cultural industry. Through interviews and participant observation, this text illustrates some examples of the mobilization of art and culture in contemporary movements and defines a global digital culture of mobilization linked to the Internet culture, trying to define the causes of the emergence of this digital culture global shared by diverse contemporary movements.
