| Sumario: | The good use of literature, coupled with a rigorous analysis, is the key to success in most legal research, for example the dogmatic or the philosophy of law, to give two cases. Even in the socio-legal research, where there is a significant component of field work, the use of specialized literature remains a major issue. Therefore, if the juridical research (philosophical, historical, comparative, socio-legal or dogmatic) put special peculiarities in regard to the use of literature, it is necessary, especially in times of consolidation of the legal academic discourse in Latin America, to meditate on these particularities and on the skills that they require, especially for novice researchers who require training not only in the content to study but also in regard to the way of how research. |
