Sumario:Between 1880 and 1930, the Colombian medicine combined elements of science and Christian moral in their practice to criminalize, reject and, in a less way, pathologizer nonorthodox sexual practices. What underlies this is the promotion and defense of procreation, the monogamy, the sexual differentiation and women domination. Which in a way it is only a promotion and defense of heterosexuality. Understandable as a history speech of knowledge and power of sexuality, and the pleasures that have material effects about the people experiences. Trough a medical science review in that time, the civil legislation and the medical expertise included on the court records, showed how the medical promoted the speech of the heterosexuality in its country. Having as a base the positivist speeches and social evolutionist that promulgated eugenic and hygienist practices
