From the rule of law to a constitutional rule of law in criminal matter

In criminal cases we need to incorporate the principle of the best interests of the victim, as a guiding of legal action to be consistent with the new paradigm of the Constitutional State, this deficiency causes today that the violation of rights is present daily in Mexico to who receives the hurt.
