Solving Problems and Making Models: a Model of Interaction

This paper describes a model of complex correlations that is the result of the interaction of, on the one hand, factors that structure model making capacity and, on the other hand, those that build problem-solving capacity. Sumario:This paper describes a model of complex correlations that is the result of the interaction of, on the one hand, factors that structure model making capacity and, on the other hand, those that build problem-solving capacity. The results suggest that both capacities are moderately related and that most correlations can be linked to qualitative information, such as the factor of reading trends and correlations (in the case of model making capacity) and the factors of analysis, delimitation of problems (in the case of problem-solving capacity).
