Sumario:The Imperial States far from be substituted by the abroad expansion of the capital have grown and they have been converted into essential components of the world political economy. The present trail directs a strong critical Empire book of Antonio Negri and Michael Hardt, and argues that empire concept of the authors hides the paper of the imperial State, reducing thus the importance of an essential enemy in the first lines of the defense of the privileges and the power of the multinational companies. Upon accomplishing the critique to Empire is taken advantage then to explain the high-priority paper that the imperial State plays today. Because of the state intervention the globalization exists. The imperialism adopts many forms, but pursues similar objectives: the markets conquest. All this is the pretext to put in manifesto what is the Empire, imperialism that yet subsists and State. The State not only it does not let of being right to be but is a key piece in the gear of the world capitalism system today and more than ever.
