Sumario:The Chilean economic ability to generate Jobs for women has greatly decreased in recent years despite its higher margin f growth. This issue is the basic argument that we intend to unveiled throughout this paper. To began with, the article shows the main features of recent work on women’s labor market, so that we identify three questionable variables: higher economic growth, an increase on supplying and demanding skilled labor, as well as the labor policies that led to this model.
