It offers, first, a general historical view, in which it is observed the hard struggles of such sectors were involved in democratic change against authoritarism. Later, it presents a characterization of this authoritarian regime, showing some government policies like the permanent violation of rules and democratic procedures, the use of social control and the manipulation of electoral process, among other things. |
