Sumario:The purpose of this document is to review, in summary, as liberalism and conservatism ideologies were expressed in subsequent projects modernity of the French Revolution, to understand their influence in shaping the historical and epistemological conception of public administration, as social science inherited from the Enlightenment. We conclude proposing that has prevailed a progressive liberal thinking in how to argue the disciplinary work of administrative sciences.
