| Sumario: | An effort must be made to understand the major transformations taking place during the course ofthe second half of the 20th and present Century –the fall of the Soviet Union, September 11, and the current global economic crisis. We support the latter case, because today the social metabolism of the capitalist system is entirely universal. |
