| Sumario: | In this article, the author reviews the contents of the agenda on social security of President Enrique Peña Nieto and recreates the terms in which it was manufacturing their media consensus. Thus, Peña Nieto, as PRI candidate to the Presidency of the Republic for the 2012 election, adopted the proposal of Santiago Levy, to implement by consensus, a universal social security system and substantially reduces the list of social benefits, which is unrelated to the needs of citizens of the XXI century. |
