Sumario:Contemporary hermeneutics has established itself as a philosophy for understanding the nature of being through language; the latter plays a mediating role, which is connected with the theory and practice hermeneutics, allowing us to establish links between the spheres of power and art. Consequently the power of art is presented as a capacity or artistic expression that can, on one hand, criticize the power or can, on the other, legitimate institutions and political power players.
