| Sumario: | The first experiences of college radio in Latin America are established in Argentina. Over time some countries in the región have to opened thiskind of stations showing a diversity of sounds and ideological ideologies for the benefit of community. Is a non-profit media, which now grows throughout the región embraced by the advantages that come with the digital and Internet age. Institutional, community and university radios are opening spaces for supporting cultural and academic content to the student experimentation. The present study is a documentary research showing the historical part and the actual significance of the cases of Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Ecuador, with an emphas is on the challenges facing this conglomerate that has been slow to enter the new digital interactive dynamics and productions in corporate more social content necessary in these times, where comercial speech abound and civil society requires reliable media fórums. |
