Sumario:In this paper, the author analyzes the established rules and the practices used by the once dominant party (PRI) during his first stage, that is to say as Revolutionary National Party (PNR), to select candidates for elective office. This aspect has to do with its internal structure and within period ranging from its foundation in 1929 up to its transformation in one big party of masses in 1938 (PRM).
